A warm welcome to friends, family, supporters and those passing by! We are excited to launch and send out our website today.
In the first two posts on the website, you'll find an update on where we have been the last couple of months and some of the events that have taken place in our family.
One of the things we have been hard at work on has been finding a better way to connect with ministry partners that works for our unique circumstances of living as married and duo missionaries.
Hence, the idea of a website was born, where we can organize, have a clear layout and write about different ministries via blog posts.
Above, we also have pages where you can learn more, about us, our different ministries, financial updates and how to support and connect with us. Traditionally, missionaries send out support letters, physical or as a pdf. While we tried to do that last year, one of the problems we found was that it was difficult to explain everything that was going on and layout all the information in a single pdf file. It was also a challenge to find time together as our schedules where different.
So, here is the schedule we have worked out.
There will be an update once a month.
We will be alternating between Intervarsity and Villiage Missions each month.
There will also be an Instagram and Facebook group posts twice a month. These updates will be the same but on different mediums.
Along with our website, we have created an Instagram account which you can find at:
@berganballads on Instagram
You can also join the facebook page by following the link below
Follow us on social media and if we don't have your email, click the contact us and we will make sure to get you on our email list!
This month we have a couple of updates as we have struggled with sickness after discovering some exciting news! (No, no, no baby yet. One day but not yet ;)
You can look forward to that either near the end of this week or the start of next week.
Until then, welcome and take a seat as we sing the mountain ballads and folk songs of our land in beautiful Northern BC
